Overview
Arrest data is derived from the Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) Computerized Criminal History (CCH) system. CCH contains arrests for offenses where fingerprints are required to be taken. Arrest information is submitted by police departments and sheriffs’ departments. Arrests involve individuals 18 or older when the alleged crime was committed.
