Overview
Conviction data is derived from the Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) Computerized Criminal History (CCH) system. CCH contains convictions for offenses where fingerprints were required to be taken pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law 160.10.
Conviction information is submitted by the Office of Court Administration (OCA). Convictions involve individuals who were age 18 or older when the crime was committed and have since been sentenced.
