Description
Participants will explore how to conduct non-custodial interviews, leverage pretext communications, and employ legally sound recording practices to build strong, court-admissible cases. Emphasis will be placed on practical application, with numerous real-world examples and hands-on scenarios that challenge students to think critically about their approach to suspect interviews. This course focuses on ethical strategies that preserve the integrity of both the investigator and the investigation -moving beyond outdated, custodial-centric models and toward a more effective and sustainable interview philosophy.

The location of training, class times and safety guidelines will be provided through an email confirmation; those who do not register will not receive this important notification and will not be admitted to the training.
