Latent Print Laboratory
The laboratory accepts latent fingerprints that have been collected from crime scenes and processed by law enforcement evidence technicians. Staff analyze and compare those latent prints to known fingerprints on file at DCJS for identification purposes and provide analytical reports and expert testimony upon completion of that analysis.
