This program began operation in 1985. The Broome County Probation Department's goal for all ATI programs is to reduce recidivism, promote public safety, and enhance defendant/offender accountability through community corrections. Pre-trial services; where authorized or requested by the Court will monitor and supervise pretrial individuals.
