This program began operation in 1985. The goal for the Lewis County Pretrial Release program is to monitor and supervise pretrial individuals where authorized and requested by the court. Releasees will be monitored by program staff for compliance with any release conditions with failures reported to the court of jurisdiction. Agency services include, court-ordered restrictions, counseling and court-ordered supervision. This agency also refers clients for educational services, fine imposition/collection, housing assistance, job-placement assistance, mediation, recreational services, rehabilitation and residential services.
