This program began operation in 1985. The Schoharie County Community Service Restitution Program is an Alternative to Incarceration (ATI) Program that places non-violent offenders sentenced by the courts to perform community service in lieu of jail time. The program also makes and accepts referrals from other NYS ATI programs.
