Program Summary Overview
The Division of Criminal Justice Services is New York 's designated planning agency for the purpose of awarding funds to local governments, state agencies, and other qualified non-government applicants for implementing juvenile justice and delinquency prevention programs. A Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued every year to open a competitive process. Look for an announcement of upcoming RFPs in the New York State Register and on this website.
