Schenectady County Public Defender's Office
The Schenectady County DBA Program currently serves any person who is charged with a misdemeanor or felony crime or parole or probation violation in Schenectady County that is eligible for representation by the Schenectady County Public Defender's Office. The ATI DBA program advocates for all different types of alternatives including drug and alcohol treatment, mental health treatment, fines, dismissals, community service or probation.
